Welcome

  • Hey there!

    I'm Lisamarie, the founder of Paper & Glam: we do paper and stickers with love in LA. I’m also a lifestyle vlogger, obsessive planner and paper addict, and a pizza-loving fitness junkie. I live on hot pink lipstick, strong coffee, fresh flowers, and walking into my color-coded library to pick what to read next.

    Paper & Glam is more than a lifestyle blog, it's a community of like-minded women leaving a hot pink dent on this world, not with what we accomplish or who we become, but with the way we live and love along the way. You can connect with us on Facebook, YouTube, and Goodreads.

    For a daily dose of glam, let's hang out on Instagram @paperandglam!

    Love from Hollywood,

    Lisamarie

A WORD FROM MY SPONSOR

2018

  • If A equals success in life, then A equals XYZ. X is work, Y is play, and Z is keeping your mouth shut.
    {Albert Einstein}

2017

  • An ordinary day in our common calendar can become charged with memory and meaning, can become in a way, hallowed...We choose to mark dates because in some way they have marked us. So we set them apart to remember and as appropriate, to grieve or celebrate, or give thanks. Such days are no longer ordinary. We go beyond scattered celebrations, memorials, and holidays. We go beyond keeping the year's special occasions to regarding the entire calendar as sacred. We can, in effect, sacralize time itself.
    {Bobby Gross}

2016

  • Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.
    {Thomas A. Edison}

2015

  • We shall not cease from exploration, and the end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time.
    {T.S. Eliot}

2014

  • There are years that ask questions and years that answer.
    {Zora Neale Hurston}

2013

  • In the end, only three things matter: how much you loved, how gently you lived, and how gracefully you let go of things not meant for you.
    {Unknown}

2012

  • We delight in the beauty of the butterfly, but rarely admit to the changes it has gone through to achieve that beauty.
    {Maya Angelou}

2011

  • When you have come to the edge of all light that you know and are about to drop into the darkness of the unknown. FAITH is knowing one of two things will happen: There will be something solid to stand on or you will be taught to FLY.
    {Unknown}

2010

  • Every experience God gives us, every person He puts into our lives, is the perfect preparation for a future only He can see.
    {Corrie ten Boom}

2009

  • Faith never knows where it is being led, but it knows and loves the One who is leading.
    {Oswald Chambers}

2008

  • We must be willing to let go of the life we have planned, so as to have the life that is waiting for us.
    {Joseph Campbell}
