Thursday night our book club discussed May's read I Am That Girl and it was our best discussion yet!
Our chat covered many topics that affect all women on a journey to live well: friendships, body image, and knowing when to put yourself first.
If you missed last night's live discussion, here's the replay!
If you're new to the Paper & Glam Book Club, we read an "official" book as well as a book to movie adaptation each month. We discuss our monthly read the last Thursday of the month at 9 PM EST live on YouTube. If you'd like join our band of readers, we're on Goodreads and Facebook, plus there's a full schedule, free planner stickers, and project life cards up in the shop.
We've got a special book club chat Monday, June 8th at 9 PM EST to discuss our Winter Quarterly Classic: Vanity Fair. We're a little behind schedule in our discussion of the classics since many of us took a few months to work through the 700 pages.
The Spring Quarterly Classic, Far From The Madding Crowd, is well underway with our glam readers raving about the movie adaptation that hit theaters May 1st.
Lately, I've received many a question asking how to join the live chats, both Book Club and Glampire Chats. Joining a live chat is as simple as logging into the channel hosting the hangout and clicking on the video that says "live event in progress!"
In June our official read and our book to move read are one in the same as we flip the pages of John Green's Paper Towns coming to theaters June 19th!
If you'd like to give listening to our reads a try, Audible is offering two free books which is perfect for listening by the pool, on the beach, or in the sky this summer.
Thank you so much for reading along with me!
